With the growing pace and rising trend of construction and contracting in the Middle East during the 70s, CAPELEC, established in 1980 in France as a European company, soon started to assume a key role in the region and expanded its sector of activity to Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
CAPELEC thru its KSA based SAUDI CAPELEC (established 2011) and the Lebanese offshore affiliate CAPELEC MIDDLE EAST (established 1996) executed public and private contracting jobs in the ELECTRICAL, HVAC ENGINEERING, PLUMBING, and WATER TREATMENT sectors.
CAPELEC tokes pride in the quality of its work performed in the Kingdom, providing all required services to the satisfaction of the client. To better respond to the demand of its growing client SAUDI CAPELEC was established as a local Saudi company emphasizing its customized solutions and services.
In 1994 with the growing Lebanese market demand a branch of CAPELEC was established to participate at an early stage in the reconstruction of the countrys infrastructure programs and share its know-how and the quality of its experience in all aspects..
In 1998 BEATEC a sister company was established in France to handle engineering design and studies. The year 2000 witnessed the founding of a new company in France, United Technology Development (UTD), to handle the various activities in the country.
Its international and experienced permanent staff with a solid financial record enabled the establishment to handle. projects confidently in most countries of the MENA region covering all project phases from conception to completion.
The past three decades have witnessed the evolution and expansion of CAPELEC and its affiliated companies to become leader in its fields of work.
